A mountain area with private land

Keep in mind that almost all the land in the mountain area around Vemdalen, Klövsjö, Storhogna & Björnrike is owned by private landowners. The land is used for forestry, agriculture and hunting. Landowners who give up their land for hiking trails, hiking trails and cross-country trails so that we can all stay and enjoy nature.

Many of us love the mountains and have the privilege of using this fantastic environment for play, recreation, exercise, adrenaline rushes and lots of family activities. But the more people who use the mountain arena, the more wear and tear there is on nature and trails. It is therefore particularly important to show consideration for nature, people and animals. Do not disturb, do not destroy, do not litter - these are also the main rules of the right of public access.
