Anna Hansson
CEO
Anna Hansson has extensive and solid experience, having worked in senior positions in the Swedish tourism industry for almost 40 years. For many years and in various roles, Anna has also worked to promote and develop businesses in the Swedish mountain region. She is therefore passionate about the long-term development of Vemdalen as a destination and about creating member benefits through work on infrastructure, consensus and relationships, trails and paths, and the development of new reasons to visit. At the same time, with her commitment, experience, broad network of contacts, and holistic approach, she contributes to the long-term and sustainable development of Vemdalen as a whole.

Carolin Hagstedt
Destination developer
Carolin Hagstedt handles matters related to partners and landowners, as well as finance and administration. She is responsible for maintaining contact with partners and new collaborators, and ensures that agreements and relationships are managed with clarity and dedication. She is passionate about creating opportunities for collaboration and connections between people, and with her curiosity and drive, she is a true go-getter who makes things happen. She is also the operations manager for Destination Vemdalen’s cross-country ski trails.

Sofia Ekeroot
Communications Officer and Event Coordinator
Sofia Ekeroot is trained in graphic design and destination development, and is also a skilled nature photographer. Through her camera, she captures the beautiful nature of Vemdalen and inspires others to discover its surroundings. With her creative eye and attention to detail, she shapes Vemdalen's visual expression in everything from campaigns to content on social media and the web. Sofia also works as a project manager for the Lodge & Lya trade fair at Vemdalsskalet.

Frida Djurberg
Marketing Communications Specialist
Frida Djurberg has a background in tourism, destination development, and digital communication. With a passion for brand-building content, she works to strengthen Vemdalen's digital visibility through campaigns, PR, and advertising in digital channels. She is passionate about creating engaging and inspiring content for both new and returning guests—both online and on social media. Frida is also the project manager for the summer magazine Magasin Vemdalen.

Anna-Lena Lögdahl
Tourist information officer
Anna-Lena Lögdahl has had a cottage in Vemdalen for many years and therefore knows exactly where to find the most beautiful hiking trails, hidden gems, and the most impressive waterfalls. With her warm personality and genuine sense of service, she greets every guest with a smile and is more than happy to help you find your next adventure. In addition to meeting guests, Anna-Lena is also responsible for purchasing for our tourist information office and our InfoPoints.

Tomas Kristoffersson
Lead contractor
Tomas Kristoffersson was born and raised in Vemdalen and therefore knows the area inside out. He is a handy all-rounder who can do a bit of everything. For the destination company, Tomas works with trail maintenance for hiking and touring trails and ski tracks, as well as signage and track grooming.

Magnus Larsson
Project Manager Winners in the long run
Magnus Larsson works as a project manager for trails and paths, currently focusing on cross-country trails in the destination. The goal is to reach agreements with landowners and start a new trail company, with landowners and local businesses as partners. Magnus has many years of experience in forestry, including landowner issues, and has spent the last five years as a project manager in the tourism industry. He is calm and meticulous, likes to get to the bottom of things, and is good at listening to both sides.
