Submit an event

Destination Vemdalen collects partners' temporary activities and events to make it easy to see what's going on. On this page, you will find information on how you, as a partner, can submit your event to us.

An event is something that happens on a specific occasion. It can be concerts, après-ski, sporting events, cultural evenings, or other temporary experiences that take place outside of regular activities.

Send at least one high-resolution image, with a minimum width of 2560 pixels. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the image and that the photographer and any persons in the image have approved its publication.

  • A brief description of the event. A few lines about the experience and what visitors/participants can expect.
  • Is the event open to everyone, or is there some kind of registration, age limit, or restriction?
  • Date and time
  • Programs, schedules, or other important information

The clearer the information you provide us with, the easier it is for us to present the event in a good way.

SUBMIT YOUR EVENT

The event must be open to the public and take place within the Vemdalen destination.
We only publish our partners' events.
We reserve the right to adjust content as necessary before publication.

To ensure that the event calendar is clear, inspiring, and relevant, we focus on temporary experiences that create reasons to visit. Therefore, we do not publish:

• Activities aimed at a closed group, such as internal company meetings, staff events, association meetings, or industry-specific events
• Religious or political events
• Campaigns or information about opening hours
