Cycled Flowtrail 1 Storhogna
Storhogna M has an easy pump track that even the smallest cyclists can handle. The facility consists of a pump track and two gravel tracks, known as flow trails, on the adjacent ski slope. The tracks contain objects for training riding techniques while training the ability to get along with others and are adapted for children, i.e. they are classified as green trails - i.e. light bike trails.
Where? At the back of Storhogna M.
What is a pumptrack? A pumptrack is a type of track where you use your kinetic energy to "pump" yourself forward instead of pedaling. In addition to being a fun challenge and technical training, riding a pumptrack is also a way to practice anticipation, which is good for all cyclists even in regular traffic.
What is a flow trail? A gravel trail that winds up and down along the ski slopes next door. Here you cycle up at your own pace and then take the speed with you in the different character and turns of the track.
