Ice fishing - a winter activity for the whole family
Winter fishing in destination Vemdalen is an experience beyond the ordinary. Here you'll find easily accessible lakes and ponds - nestled in forests and mountain landscapes - perfect for ice fishing with the family. Char, trout, whitefish and perch await you under the ice - perfect for both beginners and experienced fishermen.
Put & Take - family-friendly winter fishing with a good chance of catching fish
Vemdalen has a dozen or so Put & Take waters where fish are stocked regularly. Special rules apply here for fishing times - always check with the fishing license seller or online via iFiske. Many of these waters are easy to reach even in winter, which you can read more about here.
