Robert took part in the Vemdalsrånet robbery, moved in with Åsa, cut ties with one friend, and attended the funeral of another. If Robert had acted differently, Jonny would still be alive today. Last fall, he decided to never commit another crime. And it had been going well. Until now...
Robert and Åsa are going to open a restaurant. They decide this on New Year's Eve, one year after they met in Vemdalen. At the same time, Robert is contacted by Fredrik—they need him for more assignments, or rather, they won't let him get away. Robert receives unexpected help from his mother's partner. Who is he really? And who is Robert, now that he has started his life over?
