Hiking trail Vemdalsskalet - Jaktstugan - Fallmoranfallen

A varied hike in both forest and on bare mountains where Fallmoranfallen is the highlight of the tour.

The tour starts at the track center on Vemdalsskalet. Walk Karins väg at the entrance to the parking lot. Follow the signs and markings towards Jaktstugan, which serves waffles as a specialty, for opening hours see vemdalen.se. Just before Jaktstugan, the trail turns right towards Fallmoran. Down in the valley a bridge leads you over the river Röjan, a bit up it is signposted to the right down towards the falls. Two waterfalls worth seeing, at the lower one there is a barbecue area and the possibility of swimming. Follow the river downstream and signposted towards the Ripfjäll area. Turn right onto Karl XI:s väg and follow the summer trail towards Vemdalsskalet. When you reach the cross-country trail, follow it to the right against the direction of travel back to the trail center.
