Turled Vemdalsskalet-Jaktstugan-Storhogna

A lovely tour that can be varied. It starts with a steep climb up to Jaktstugan våffelservering. From there, the tour continues over the bare mountain with a long downhill run to Fallmoran. On the way to Storhogna you can make another waffle stop at Samevistet.

Start at the track center at Vemdalsskalet and take the weasel trail up to Jaktstugan. If you prefer to interpret, there are weasel tours that go up to Jaktstugan, with several departures per day during the high season. At Jaktstugan you can make a stop for coffee and waffles. Then the tour goes down towards Röjdalen and Fallmoran. From Fallmoran you continue towards Samevistet, which is also a nice place for a nice coffee break. Then it's a short distance down to Storhogna Högfjällshotell & Spa. From there you can take the ski bus back to Vemdalsskalet or you can take the groomed connecting trail further towards Vemdalsskalet again, the connecting trail is another 10.4 km.
