Tour route Björnrike Timmerkojan

START: Björnrike Track Control Center

The short trip to Timmerkojan and back is the easiest family trip. Perfect if you want to get up to the sun pits at Timmerkojan quickly and easily. This trip is 5 km long and easy. The trip can also be combined with a longer return trip. Take the Grizzly Express to the top. Follow the trail to the left, which has a gentle ascent of about 2.5 km to Timmerkojan. Take the same route back and the lift down. If you want to take a longer trip home that is almost entirely downhill, take the trail towards Björnrike. The longer trip is difficult and is 13 km long.

Then follow the signs to Björnrike (7 km). From the trail center, take the cross-country trail towards Björnrike.NOTE!These cross-country trails are in SkiStar's Cross-Country Arena, but you can use them for free if you are on a tour. Go down the children's slope and past the hotel towards Björnidet. The transport route by the dam will then take you to Björnvallen. At the Björnvallen lift, there is a short snowmobile trail towards Grizzly Express.NOTE!The route via the trail center and the slope is a fun round trip that is mostly downhill, but it is difficult if you are an inexperienced cross-country skier.
