Hiking trail Stockåstugan

START: At the turnaround at Björnstigen, Vargen.

From Vemdalsskalet go towards Vargen on Gamla landsvägen. After about 1.8 km turn right onto Björnstigen and follow the road up to the end of the road. At the turning point there is a parking lot and there the hike also starts.

A short mountain hike that even the smallest children can handle. The tour looks up the valley between Varggranshågna and Middagshågna. The trail is slightly uphill but not too noticeable. Once there, you can go into the resting hut and enjoy your packed lunch, or rest before the next stage. The tour can be extended towards Timmerkojan.
